Golfer Hailey Davidson is a transgender woman who identifies as female. She is, however, not your typical female athlete. According to reports, Hailey Davidson is the first transgender woman to win a women’s professional golf championship in the United States. She defeated Perrine Delacour in the Florida mini-tour event on May 13, 2021, making her headlines.

Businesses that exclude trans athletes are “disgraceful,” according to a former female rugby player who has now transitioned to a male one.

And, while some have claimed that she has an unfair advantage over other female competitors, Davidson claims that this is not the case. She claims that some of her opponents can hit the ball further than she can now that she has received therapy that has reduced her drive distance by thirty yards.

Hailey finally competed in her first professional match in April of 2021, after a six-year hiatus. Despite finishing sixth in the competition, she has only risen in the ranks since then. And Judy Murray, Davidson’s coach in Scottish tennis, is one of the dissatisfied players in women’s competitions.
