Jahleel McKoy, 19, of Brampton, was later identified as the victim. Therefore, Tylan Singh, 20, of Brampton, was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree murder, according to police.
He was held for a bail hearing, according to police, and appeared in court on Thursday. Officers are requesting anyone with information and anyone who has a dashcam or other surveillance footage from the area during the time of the incident to contact them.
